How to Download a Digital Item
After your payment is confirmed, you can view and download the digital items you've purchased from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your account.
To download the files attached to your order, go to the "Downloads" page by selecting "Download Files" next to the order.
Alternatively, you can go back to the item's listing page, where you should see a message that says "Instant Download" on the item's images.
Furthermore, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital file. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you will find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
Please note that you cannot download a digital purchase through the Shopify app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Shopify using your mobile browser or computer.
