Producing Time: Preparing the painting for shipping usually takes about 15-20 days. If you have any exact deadlines, please kindly let us know about them, so we can do our best to meet them!

We offer free worldwide shipping with our artworks. Delivery will take about 30-45 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancellation: We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order is made. If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs for used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%; after 4 days and later - 15%.

Return: Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on a refund or exchange of the painting. In order to return, you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
