Once your payment is confirmed,digital items you've purchased can beviewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews sectionof your shopify account.
Next to the order,select Download Files.This goes to theDownloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item's listing page where you should seean Instant Download message on the images for the item.
You will also receive an email with a link to download your digital file.If you can't find it in your inbox,check your spam or junk inbox.lf you use Gmail,also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest,you'll find a linkto download your files in the receipt email that was sent to youafter purchase.
You can't download a digital purchase through the shopify app at this time.To download a digital file,please sign in to shopify on yourmobile browser or computer.
