Each artwork is either:

· Limited Edition (Ready-to-Ship)

A one-of-a-kind original hand-painted or premium print, available in stock.

Ships within 24 hours.

· Custom Hand-Painted Artwork

Created to order by our artists with full customization options.

Completion takes approx. 7 business days, with progress updates provided.

· Premium Prints

Produced using EPSON ultra-fine giclée technology on archival French Canson canvas, faithfully preserving every nuance of the original.

Completed within 3 business days, and shipped with art-grade protection.

 

Each piece is handled with the same museum-level care for international delivery.

 


 

️ Timeline

· Creation:
Your custom hand painting is created upon order by a professional artist. Completion takes approx. 7 business days, depending on complexity.
You’ll receive in-progress visuals or preview images throughout the creation process, with opportunities to request refinements in color or composition.

Premium Prints completion takes approx. 3 business days.

· Delivery:
Ships within 24 hours of your final approval.
Arrives in 5–7 business days via FedEx/DHL Express.

· Tracking info will be provided immediately upon dispatch.

 


 

 Art-Grade Packaging

· Unframed Canvas (Rolled)→ Sent in a reinforced archival tube for safe transport and easy framing on arrival.

· Stretched or Framed Artwork → Shipped flat in a custom wooden crate with climate-resistant padding.
Each crate meets international museum and gallery shipping standards.

We ensure all artworks are protected against humidity, vibration, and pressure throughout transit.

 


 

 Where We Ship

We deliver worldwide, including to collectors, interior designers, and institutions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

️ Currently, Mexico is excluded due to customs restrictions. Please provide a U.S. address if needed.

 


 

 Delivery Insurance

All artworks are fully insured door-to-door. If your order arrives damaged:

· Keep all packaging

· Email support@parfaiteart.com with photos within 3 days

· We will assist you with the claims process and arrange a resolution swiftly

Upon Delivery – Inspection Reminder
We strongly recommend that you inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt. In case of any visible damage or discrepancies, please retain the packaging and notify us within 48–72 hours with photos and unboxing video, as required by our Return Policy.

 


 

 Customs & Import Duties

· USA & UAE (Dubai): Import duty-free for paintings

· Other countries: You may be charged 1%–5% import tax or VAT

· These are not included in the artwork price and are payable by the recipient

· We support customs clearance with all necessary paperwork if required

 


 

 Gifting or Third-Party Delivery

Sending a gift? We deliver to any name or address. Add a note during checkout and we’ll coordinate accordingly. We’re happy to assist with discreet delivery for surprises.
