(To B: Design Firms, Hospitality, Commercial Clients)
Effective Date: July 2025
1. Scope
These terms apply to B2B engagements including hotels, design firms, real estate developers, galleries, corporate spaces, and institutions seeking:
  • Bulk purchases
  • Custom projects
  • Professional trade collaboration

2. Engagement Workflow
  • Starts with spatial data submission (plans/photos)
  • Dedicated art advisor assigned
  • Signed agreement required before production
  • Digital catalog & PDF lookbook available by request

3. Services Offered
  • Custom hand-painted artworks (acrylic, oil, multimedia)
  • Large-scale installations (wall panels, textiles, sculptural forms)
  • Style-exclusive commissions
  • Multi-phase preview & approval process
  • Framing, placement mockups, and on-site installation consulting available

4. Pricing & Discounts
  • Custom pricing based on artwork type, quantity, and customization level
  • Tiered trade discount up to 25% for approved partners
  • Commission structure for referral-based collaborators
  • Pricing confidential and non-public

5. Payment Terms
  • New clients: 50% deposit / 50% before shipping
  • Returning clients: staggered terms may apply
  • Invoicing available in USD or EUR

6. Delivery & Logistics
  • Delivery formats: rolled, framed, crated
  • Warehouse or project-site shipment available
  • All packaging museum-grade, shock/moisture resistant

7. Documentation & IP
  • Certificate of authenticity issued for all works
  • Final previews documented in daylight for accuracy
  • ParfaiteArt retains rights for portfolio display unless waived
  • Artist copyrights preserved unless separately contracted

8. Revisions & Cancellations
  • Mid-project changes may incur additional fees
  • Cancellation after confirmation: partial refund minus design/labor fees

9. Confidentiality
  • Client identity, project specs, and art pairings are confidential
  • Regional exclusivity may be granted on request

10. Privacy & Data Use
  • Corporate data protected by EU GDPR and industry-standard protocols
  • No project or personal data shared without consent
  • AI training prohibition applies to all visual materials

11. Liability & Force Majeure
  • ParfaiteArt not liable for customs clearance delays, natural disasters
  • Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours with full evidence

12. Governing Law
  • Governed by German commercial law
  • Disputes resolved under jurisdiction specified in signed contract
