Producing Time

Prepating painting for shipping usually takes about 5-7 days. If you have any exact deadlines, please kindly let us know about them, so we can do our best to meet them!

We offer free worldwide shipping with our artworks

Delivery will take about 10-15 business days from the moment of shipment.
Cancelation

We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.


If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.

Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting


In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Exchange

If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
