1. Our Commitment to Art & Collectors

At ParfaiteArt, we specialize in offering original hand-painted artworks, museum-quality commissioned reproductions, and premium GCF-certified framing fine art prints. Our pieces are crafted or produced to the highest gallery standards, reflecting unique artistic vision and substantial investment value.

 

Due to the bespoke, delicate, and collectible nature of fine art, all sales are considered final to protect the integrity of the artwork and the creative efforts of our artists.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the rare cases of verified transit damage or significant deviation from the final approved artwork specifications.

3. Return & Refund for Custom or Commissioned Artworks

We understand that custom and commissioned artworks are unique creations tailored specifically for you. Due to their bespoke nature, returns are only accepted under strict conditions outlined below: 

Refund Eligibility:

· Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

· The artwork must be returned in original condition — unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all accessories and documentation.

· The buyer must submit clear, high-resolution photographs from multiple angles for return approval prior to shipping.

 


 

Deductions Applied on Approved Refunds:
To fairly compensate for materials, labor, and handling, the following deductions will apply to all approved returns:

Additional Notes:

· Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

· Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer with full-value insurance and tracking.

· Returns without prior approval or without required documentation will not be accepted.

· We strongly encourage all clients to confirm details prior to purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

 


 

4. Cancellation Before Shipment

· Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

· After production has started, cancellation before shipment will incur the following charges:

  •  Non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total order value
  •  Artist creative time fee of 10% of artwork value

 


 

5. Transit Damage & Order Errors

If your artwork arrives damaged or materially incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

· Clear photos of all six sides of the packaging and the artwork

· A full unboxing video showing the condition at delivery

· Courier damage report or other valid shipping damage evidence

Once verified, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost, including shipping.

 

Integrity & Anti-Fraud Protection
To ensure fairness and protect both our artists and collectors, ParfaiteArt maintains detailed internal documentation for all outbound artworks. This includes:

· High-resolution photographs taken in natural light before shipment

· Internal records of artwork size, composition, and shipping labels

· Signed and numbered identifiers for limited editions

In the event of a damage or return claim, we reserve the right to verify all return materials against original shipment records. Refunds or replacements may be refused in cases of suspected abuse, tampering, or inconsistencies.

 


 

7. Artistic Variations & Non-Defect Disclaimers

Please note that slight variations are inherent and intentional due to the handmade or printed nature of art:

· Minor brushstroke differences and texture variations

· Natural canvas grain or drying effects

· Subtle tonal shifts influenced by display lighting

· Intentional asymmetry in abstract or expressionist pieces

These do not qualify as defects or return reasons.

 


 

8. Return Shipping Requirements 

For rare approved returns (e.g., verified shipping damage claims), customers must:

· Use a trackable courier service with full-value insurance (100% of artwork price)

· Pack artwork securely in original or equivalent packaging

· Obtain signature confirmation upon delivery to our facility

ParfaiteArt is not responsible for uninsured or improperly packaged returns.

 

· Return Address & Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide full return instructions via email, including the original dispatch country and the return address of our partnered studio.

Please note that we operate globally, and depending on the artwork type and fulfillment partner, returns may be directed to one of our certified studios or logistics hubs.

All returns must be shipped with full-value insurance and tracking. Returns without prior approval or incomplete documentation will not be accepted.

 


 

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned artwork. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable fees or deductions (see Section 3 for custom artworks).

 


 

10. Significant Visual Deviation

If the final artwork deviates significantly (typically defined as more than 30%) from the last approved version—such as incorrect dimensions, missing key elements, or substantially different color composition—you may request a refund or repaint.

To submit a valid claim, the following is required within 7 days of delivery:

· A set of three detailed photographic comparisons between the final delivered artwork and the approved version (including sketches, digital previews, or final confirmation images)

· Photos must be taken under natural daylight (not artificial lighting)

· Multiple angles (front, side, and texture close-ups) must be included

· Video evidence may be required in case of disputed color or texture deviation

 All materials must be submitted together for review.
 Return shipping and full-value insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
️ Claims that do not meet these documentation requirements will not be accepted.

 


 

11. Commercial & Bulk Orders
Commercial, bulk, or contract-based custom orders (including projects for hotels, galleries, developers, and interior firms) are strictly non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and production commitments. Clients are advised to review all previews, specifications, and staging visuals carefully before final approval.
